Another day in London, but this day had one aim, to see the T.A.R.D.I.S. from Doctor Who. i read there was one in front of Earl’s Court Station, but i was worried that it might not be there now, since some information on the internet can be inaccurate.
It was there! i am a big Doctor Who fan, but i was totally surprised to meet some Americans taking photos too. They were a nice couple, but she seemed more of a fan than the husband. Whovians Unite!

After my Doctor Who fix, i did my usual sightseeing routine, meaning i wandered aimlessly the streets of London. One of the things that i love about London is the greenery. There are so many parks here. It makes the city more attractive.
Then i saw more beautiful buildings, the red telephone boxes and a church at St. George’s Square.
i finally made it to the river at Crown Reach Riverside Walk. London, even has beautiful modern buildings.

A museum.
A high bench facing the river, unfortunately the traffic is behind it. The guy in the photo must be a model. He walked into my frame as i was taking the photo and struck that pose. Or he is just oblivious.
i continued walking along the river. There were some nice things to see across the river, perhaps something well-known, but i am not sure. i know the Wheel in the Sky is sort of famous, but i am not sure why. It is just a Ferris Wheel.
Then i have no idea where i had wandered. i can tell these next buildings are old and probably famous, especially the first one because there was a tall fence around it. i could not find the sign on some of them, except Westminster Abbey and St. Margaret’s Church. The buildings were nice, but the T.A.R.D.I.S. was the real winner of the day.
p.s. i am actually in Budapest now, but still have to post about three more days worth of London.
more to come…
