#457 The Cramps – Songs The Lord Taught Us

The Cramps are one of those bands that I have never heard their music. Songs The Lord Taught Us was their first album. They blended punk and rockabilly into a genre called psychobilly. 

I wonder which Lord are they referring to. Could be Lord Voldemort?

I hated this album. I do not like rockabilly because it is too hyper and chaotic. I did not like the vocals either. I read about the band and maybe their lead singer was more famous for his weird onstage antics. It is all just too kitschy for me. 1/10.
