#470 The Undertones – Hypnotised

The Undertones are back with another album; Hypnotised is their second album. They are one of the most successful bands from Northern Ireland.

I think the worst part of the band for me is Feargal Sharkey’s vocal quaver. I am not a fan of it.

The best part of the band is their music; it is kind of fun and upbeat pop punk. I think I like “See That Girl” and “Nine Times Out of Ten” the best.

Overall, most of the songs did not really grab me because of the vocals, but most of the songs were toe-tapping enjoyable tunes. I was bit torn. I think Sharkey’s vocals could grow on me if I listened to it a few more times. 7/10.
